Downtown Traverse City is a wonderful and exciting place to be on the weekends. The streets are blocked off every Friday night and bands come in to play. There is dancing in the streets and lots of good food to be enjoyed in one or all of the many restaurants downtown. Traverse City is right on Lake Michigan and many of the restaurants are right on the water. So come on down and enjoy the music and the view as well as the great food ! This is THE place to meet your friends on the weekend !
