" Banned Books"

• Some of the reasons books are banned in schools is because of sex, profanity and racism are the categories of objections.
• I disagree with these reasons because children soon or later would read about them later on in High school, they should be allow now so they can ask questions now on the topic and could understand the situation.
• Who I think should be able to decide the books taught are teachers. Teachers choose the topic that would be learn in class and should have the right to give the students books that relate to the topic.
• If an individual wanted to fight book censorship some steps they can do are : Attend in public hearing by informing public officials that banned books would not be tolerated in your community. Write letters to public officials to encourage them about freedom to read is a right at all times. Lastly, seek assistance from national groups to get support from organizations.
