Re-Pass Tale: Images of Humans and Animals

In the one month since I’ve left Chicago, even though I’ve spent 2 of those weeks in Seattle, I’ve put almost 5,000 miles on the truck’s odometer. Spending much of the pavement time on smaller state highways, as opposed to the interstate, I’ve noticed that, to catch a motorists’ eye, a large, colorful image of, usually an animal, must be the best way to convince a potential customer to stop.

Also, there’s, of course, a bit of public art, such as statues in parks or along riverbanks.

In any case, these are various images of humans and animals from Chicago to Seattle (and back).
