Visitors from Cologne, Germany

From October 13th through October 25, 2008, we were happy to host Matthias Sprenger from Cologne, Germany and his companion, Madeline at the Kessler Old World Guesthouse. For two weeks, they enjoyed their favorite American pasttime of shopping, on a daily basis.

We became acquainted with Matthias and his family when he was our exchange student in 1998. He visits us at least once a year, sometimes twice, and refers to us as his "American Mom & Dad". We miss them and hope that they will return for another visit next year.
