1000 miles completed to date

..........with the next leg being closer to 1300miles and taking about 8 days. Leaving the Exumas tomorrow for Panama with Gail on board who arrived a few days ago. Tempertures have been in the mid to upper 80's and conducive to swimming, sunbathing, chilling and working on deck jobs, such as the halyard replacement. The local Bahamians are just charming and it's been a pleasant stopover primarily because of the gorgeous water temperature and clarity. From here we pass Cuba (not too far from Guantanamo Bay - hopefully we won't be interned in error). Will update again from Panama where we collect our next crew member (Derrold) who is Gail's husband. Adios and live the moments.
