Looking out at the harbor from Harraseeket Lobster in South Freeport, Maine
In July, I had to attend my company's annual meeting in Lebanon, NH. Grace decided she wanted to come along as well. So while I was busy in meetings, she was busy driving all over New England visiting all sorts of art museums. After the meeting were done, we headed north to Canada. We spent 1 night in Montreal and 3 nights in Toronto with a day trip to Ottawa in between. We came back stateside via Niagara Falls and made our way thru Syracuse, Cooperstown before finally settling in for 3 nights in Philadelphia. After Philly, it was on to Brooklyn, NY to spend a weekend with friends. After all of that (15 days on the road) we finally caught a flight back home. It was an amazing trip that covered so many different ciites and regions that we hadn't been to before.

Grace loves the lobster roll. I may have lost a finger if I reached for it.

Though the menu is extensive and excellent, the only thing that you should order is the lobster roll. It outshines them all.

View from our hotel in Downtown Montreal. Unfortunately our time here was limited since the day before was full of T-storms and we couldn't do much but hang out in the room.

Bata Shoe Museum. Of course Grace had to go in. It gave a very practical history of the shoe, from the very beginning of mankind to present times.
