Northwest Georgia is beautiful. Southeast Alabama is beautiful. Florida (so far) is beautiful.

I can not overstate how magnificent this country is. I had forgotten how you can drive for hours, mesmerized by the tail lights ahead or the yellow lines to the left. Then, just as you begin to wish you could start smoking again, there is a scenery change and you are amazed again. Then there are the houses. I love the trailers, the brick cottages, the wooden farm houses, the stone ranches and the huge, columned mansions. The grocery stores, fast food lined highways, gas stations, car washes, more fast food and even more fast food. My ode to hamburgers and chicken fingers is a future entry.

We have come across so much US Civil War but I don't have the heart to talk about war at the moment. I am heartbroken for Israel. I am heartbroken for everyone experiencing loss. I am heartbroken for the people who have nothing but hate in their hearts.
