A Final Goodbye

We ended our cruise on Sunday morning, right where we began, at Pier 91 in Seattle. We ate a light breakfast on board before we had to depart at 9:15 AM. Even before we were off the ship, the ground crews were busy prepping the Sapphire Princess for its next adventure beginning at noon. 2600 patrons leave and 2600 others arrive within a six hour stretch…. And they start all over again !

Lani and I spent one more night in Seattle, decompressing before we flew back to the heat of Sacramento. Another great adventure under our belt.
