In mid September, Anne and I traveled to Utah to hike in several areas in the south as well as one hike in the Uinta mountains in the northeastern part of the state. Stumbled across this small park that preserves the small cabin where Butch Cassidy, alias George Parker, grew up.

This is the main monument at the park. The actual spot where Brigham Young saw the valley and made his statement is marked by a much smaller marker within the fee area of the park.
