Following our weekend at Purtis creek, Philip and I, (and Cassie & Sadie), journeyed northward to where we currently are at, Tyler state park. It's a beautiful park with towering pine trees and we have a lake front spot again! We've continued in our quest to find the state park caches and pathtags, even got some hiking in before the crazy rain storm came that knocked out our electricity! We got to spend the evening with the Wylie family before we head off to what we think will be the panhandle area.
I'm looking forward to our next stop! We may even see some bison in the next few days! Stay tuned!
