We got together at 9:30 this morning and register ourselves at amateur athletic union in order to compete in junior Olympics. Only top 10 kids from each age group from Australia are eligible to compete here and having 11 kids from our club does make me and everyone proud.

We held a 2-hour freestyle training session this morning as well as a one hour speed session this afternoon.

We couldn't visit NASA today as we just did not have enough time. Sad but we are here for the comp, not for holidays.

We had a quick swimming session between trainings and the swimming pool on the 24th floor did give us this fantastic view of Houston skyline.

Dinner? Yes another Mexican - tex mex. it was great.

Competition is starting tomorrow and looking forward to meeting all the US skippers. (we have already met Texas falcons and kangaroo kids teams. A USA team called kangaroo kids? Yep, they may need to learn the geography. Lol)
