Waco Texas

Our last stop before making it back to San Antonio was Waco, Texas. We both had something there we wanted to see.

I wanted to see the Magnolia Market from the HGTV show Fixer Upper. Chip and Joanna Gaines live in the area and renovate older homes. Chip is the construction guy and Joanna is the designer / decorator. The Magnolia Market is where Joanna has her store and staging facility.

Joe's grandfather was a Texas Ranger so he wanted to see the Texas Ranger Museum. The Rangers are such an important part of Texas history and they continue to serve the state today.

Our last stop was the Dr. Pepper museum. Pretty cool stuff that brought back memories for both of us.
