The Riverwalk of San Antonio

We arrived in San Antonio on Sunday, February 1st, and were joined by our friends, Fred and Lani, that afternoon. We're staying at Travelers World RV Resort on the southern edge of the city, backed up to the municipal park and golf course with a great hike/bike path along the river. A very nice spot. We got settled into our sites in time for happy hour and some catching up since we hadn't seen them since September. Our first venture into the city was for the famous Riverwalk. What a great way to spend an afternoon and/or evening. We walked the entire length - both sides, had drinks, walked some more, ate dinner, walked some more. We'll be here for 2 weeks so will have lots of time to explore the area. I'm sure we'll return to the Riverwalk but the missions are next on our agenda.... check back in a few days.
