Since we were here in Dallas we decided to do a little sightseeing. We went to Dealey Plaza and the Grassy Knoll. The assassination of President Kennedy has always fascinated, saddened, and intrigued me so I wanted to visit the Book Depository and museum in downtown Dallas. I have watched many television shows about this and heard all the different theories on what happened. It was very interesting to finally be there and see where it actually happened. I must say that it was not what I expected and I was disappointed after the "tour". Can't really put my finger on why or what I was expecting. Guess sometimes things just don't live up to what you are expecting.
