Hello again! After about 500 miles of driving (mostly Jim driving and me sleeping) and four states (Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Tennessee) we arrived in the beautiful Smoky Mountains for 3 nights and three whole days of hiking and camping bliss. no rain in cali

I went hiking in the rain in australia. You both are definately troopers! At least no wildlife attacked your tent :) This blog makes me laugh so hard. Miss you.

Hi Beth and Jim, By the time I read this blog, we have been having really bad thunder and lightening with rain like you would't believe. So either you sent the rain...or someone hates us! I love your blog. I laughed at how you didn't sugar coat anything. What a nightmare in the Pigeon Forge place. Reminds me of Onset...all the wannabe gangstahs!
