Hi Everyone,

Our Family meeting was a success last night. Below is a recording of the meeting. You can call from a phone to hear it. MP3 files were sent out in the email. We decided on the Hotel Crown Reef at South Beach Resort (older but nice hotel)
It is time to send in the $50 (ticket) so we can reserve the conference room immediately.

Menu:
Crisp garden salad with assorted dressings, Southern fried chicken, beef stew, Caribbean style baby back ribs with barbecue sauce, macaroni and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, fried okra, blackeyed peas, sourdough rolls, peach cobbler and coffee or tea $21 per person Thanks Rossetta. If anyone has special diet needs that this menu do not address please contact Rossetta and she will work it out for you. Transportation as of now everyone will be responsible for their own transportation however, we are still working on that issue . We will keep you updated.
