becky is enjoying rest, yoga, massages and beautiful outdoors in the Berkshire mountains at Kripalu. While I am working with Ben at Wild Harmony Farm in beautiful outdoors in a beautiful setting. How blessed we are to go from 1 beautiful place (Skaneateles) to another - Berkshires and Exeter RI. When you stop and look, God's creation is wondrous. Of course our middle/upper class upbringing has allowed me to live in these beautiful places. my prayers today go to those people who live in the inner city and do not have the opportunity to get out and see nature in all its glory, like so many of us can appreciate just stepping out our front door.
