Last night we sere supposed to fly to Venice. It didn't happen. Our American Airlines flight from Phila. to Venice was concelled at 12:30 am after sitting in the plane for 2 hours and waiting at the terminal desk for 6 hours. We finally got a room at the downtown Marriott hotel after dragging our luggage through the airport and catching a cab. We woke up this morning refreshed but we can't get another flight to Venice until Saturday evening. That will put us in Venice on Sunday afternoon when we board our ship. American has been terrible during this whole event and didn't communicate at all.
