I started today tired and sore. Given what I did the day before, that was pretty much a given. I finally dragged myself out of bed to eat breakfast with other guests. This one had more variety than the one before my raft trip, but I ended up with less of it. The food was just as delicious. Afterward, I did the only logical thing possible, went back to bed. A few hours later, I woke up just in time for my solution to the soreness issue. The farm will bring in a massage therapist with prior arrangements. I knew in advance I would need it, so I signed up when I made the reservation. The massage itself involved hot stones to work sore muscles. It felt like heaven. I got so relaxed I nearly passed
