Travel lesson of the day: Make sure you have plenty of Internet log-in options wherever you go.

People ask: How can you be away from work for so long?
Answer: We're not. We're sort of mobile telecommuters. I worked about nine hours yesterday, battling bad Internet connections all the way. While the men went to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, I stayed behind. Paul has been returning calls and writing reports as we travel, too.

they're travelling in a floonian roadster flying the newfoundland flag...they may draw the attention of the authorities...you must rent the chevy chase clark griswold vacation movie in the hotel some night if you've not seen it. just watch any 20 minute segment - hilarious.

Cedar Point?
Hi Kathy, Just read your blog. What a great idea! You forgot to add what angels Scott and JJ are...and how they are NOT smacking each other and calling each other idiot, jerk, etc. in the back seat! Just kidding. Are you still in Ohio? Are you near Sandusky, Ohio by any chance? I think you might be. If you have time, take the kids to Cedar Point Amusement Park, it has the best roller coaster in the world. We just went a few weeks ago. It's a blast (although I didn't go with the boys on any rollercoasters). One goes from 0-120 in 3.4 seconds and then goes straight up 450', then straight down. If you have time, you might want to go there. Have a safe trip. Hi to the boys and Paul and stop working so much! Nanette

Boys Smacking Each Other in Back Seat
Remember that Middle Ages theory about Spontaneous Generation of flies, rats, etc? Well, there's spontaneous generation of boy fights in the back seats of this Floonian Roadster for sure. Last night over dinner JJ surprised me and Scott so much that I nearly fell out of our diner booth.
