Biking Ohio's WESTERN GREENWAY TRAIL from ASHTABULA. The WESTERN GREENWAY TRAIL runs from Ashtabula on Lake Erie south to Warren Ohio. It is 70 km (43 miles) through mostly rural areas. There are number of trailheads in the north: One is in Ashtabula at Herzog Rotary Park, 6015 Woodman Avenue. In Austinburg, take exit 223 from Interstate 90 and turn right at the Holiday Inn, on to Austinburg Road. About a km or two you will see Gateway Church on the right. Turn in to OLD Austinburg road and go to the end: 2480 Old Austinburg Rd Ashtabula, GPS 41.803509, -80.834232.
