ARRIVING AND DAY 1 - NEWYORK

ARRIVAL
-Mum and dad drove me to manchester airport.l took a flight from manchester to london at 8.20.

-arrived at jfk ain new york
-jumped onto a bus which we didnt really know where was going...after asksing a few people we found out it was a station called Port Authority (which me and jenny nicknamed portaventura)!

-standing somewhat near times square we decided to try out the underground...4 people later ...and seeing the same sign 'canal street' a few times we eventually arrived at 103st where our hostel was (The Broadway Hotel and Hostel).

DAY 1 NEWYORK

-Explored Times Square
-saw a band playing on the underground
-went hard rock cafe for a milk shake
-went to Madame Tussauds
