New Years EveNew Years EveNew Years Eve

Yeah, its just like how they show it in on TV... but I didn't get to see Dick Clark though... Dick where are you?
Another thing I figure I oughtta do before leaving this world is to spend new years eve in Times Square New York City. So after having gone to foreign countries 2 years in a row, I figure its time to get to know America a bit too. So, Big Apple here we come!
What I remembered most about New York City is the fact that they actually have places to eat open later than 9pm! Boy thats a nice change from the Bay Area I tell ya. We could actually go back to our place at any hour during the night, and still buy some meatballs and sandwiches from the deli/grocery store around the corner. Very nice!

Believe it or not, we tried to go to Liberty Island twice that week. We failed the first time cause in NY, we go to bed at around 5am in the morning and don't get out of the house until 1, 2pm in the afternoon. Yeah I know, thats what happens when you go with 2 other couples-to-be and you are all squeezed into a small NY apartment filled with porn

On one of the days I decided to go look for my coworker who was living in NY at the time. As he is the founder of our company, he does have one of the best apartments around, I believe something liek 8000 dollar a month rent... which is supposed to be small time for New Yorkers. JFC.
