So far we have been very lucky with the weather.We decided to do the White Mountain route today. Our trip began in the Green Mountains and Finger Lakes of Vermont. Here the hills are gently rounded and not very high. Between the hills are small lakes. Very picturesque.It is Saturday so many of the towns along the way have markets - one of which we stopped at.We stopped at Windsor which is considered to be the birthplace of Vermont in 1777.We headed North as far as St. Johnsbury and then South to Littleton which probably has more Second Hand/Antique shops than anywhere else we have been.The White Mountains are much higher with rock outcroppings and
