Welcome to Alberta!Back in the U.S.A!!
After another long day of driving, we finally made it to Montana. We got up early and got on the road. The conditions from Edmonton to Calgary were crappy. When it wasn't snowing, it was raining!!! We stopped right before the border and I got my blizzard from Dairy Queen!!! I had a Smarties Blizzard just for Niki 😊 For those that don't know, Smarties are like m&m's, only better! I have to say, it was yummy goodness!!! We make our way to the border and they were really busy. After waiting forever we pull up and the guy tells us to turn off the car and pop the hood. I should say right away that the customs guy was a jerk! When Jamie gave him the keys, he told Jamie to roll the back window down. Jamie said he couldn't and the guy asked why. Jamie said "because you have the keys". The guys says "What are you doing in Canada," and Jamie says "We are moving from Alaska on a PCS move." The guys says, " where are you moving to" and Jamie says Maryland. The guys asked if the back of our truck

Customs..... was unlocked and we said no and the guy said, have a nice day. He must really hate his job!!!!
As we drive into Montana, you can see right away that it's going to be a very boring drive, and I was right!!!! It was very dull and a lot of nothing all around!!! I have some pictures for you to see.
After much discussion, we have decided to wake up tomorrow and drive the rest of the way home! Please be thinking of us! I will post as soon as I can 😊
