Fun times with a friend from high school in Maryland

We were able to spend a few days with my best friend from high school, Diane. She and her husband have a farm in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and it was awesome. We were able to check out the chickens, goats, turkeys and genies. We spent one day in Baltimore Harbor and Fort McHenry. The fort was very interesting and it was amazing what the soldiers went through to save their city. One day we went kayaking up and down the river behind their house. It was fun just to paddle along and be in the peace and quiet of the river. It was great catching up with an old friend. Thanks Diane and David for the wonderful time and hospitality you showed us while we were there.
