1. This article was about how a building collapsed and how there was a lot of people in the accident. The building collapsed because there was a lot of heavy machinery in the building and the building was not designed to hold so much weight. The rescue team is still trying to find bodies in the remaining rubble.

2. They where not protected by article 22 because the building they where in was not in good condition to be worked in so it violates article 22.

3. I do not think that raising their pay is good enough because the people that work in these types of conditions should know if they are safe in the place they are working in.
