1. This article follows the incident that happened not too long ago. A factory building collapsed and killed nearly 1,100 people. After the incident, factory workers requested to form trade unions. However, the Cabinet declined this offer, believing factory workers would become less disciplined.

2. I believe human rights were violated in this article. The factory workers of Bangladesh have the right to form trade unions without permission. It is part of the human rights that allows for people to do what they please.

3. I do not think the Cabinet made a wise decision when doing this. By doing this, the Cabinet violates the 20th article in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The 20th article says that everyone has the right to assemble a peaceful association.
