Hello fellow bloggers!

I recently read an article, "Bangladesh garment workers get union rights, higher pay in wake of deadly factory collapse". The article was mainly about how after 1,100 garment workers had been killed in a factory collapse, there was a form of unionization within the garment workers. the workers felt as if their rights were being unrecognized; hence, that is why they chose to unionize. There rights were infringed because they were enslaved in harsh labor conditions with low wages. In my opinion, the hardships these workers had to face were extremely unjust and inhumane because they were unfairly paid and basically enslave while working in dangerous conditions just to make a living, and losing lives is a large price to pay for just simply being employed.
