1) This article was about the government of Bangladesh has agreed to allow the country's garment workers to form trade unions without prior permission from factory owners. This means that the workers can make trade with who ever they want. The workers do not need permission from their bosses to decide if they can trade with other company's or countries.

2) Human right were violated because the workers should need permission to trade with other people. If it weren't for the boss the workers wouldn't have the job he / she has. The bosses should know what is happening to the work at the job.

3) All of the killings have to be stopped. All of these people are getting killed each and every day. A lot of lives are getting lost because the people do not agree. The thing they have to do is come up with a treaty all the people can agree with.
