1. One idea from The Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen is that men are born and remain free and equal in rights. I believe that this idea is difficult to fulfill in reality in the United States because currently, men are getting paid more than women when both sexes have the same job. These men are getting paid more only because of their sex. Also, Hispanics don't have equal rights as everyone else because in many cases, Hispanics won't get a spot in a job if it was between himself and a white person. Moreover, homosexuals don't have equal rights as well because if one couple gets married, then that one person who is married to the man won't have insurance for himself because he is not a women.

2. Violence is not justifiable for making a point or having an opinion heard. The reason why is because if there's ever violence, the violence between, lets say two groups, will never stop. However, if it's talked out between both groups or people, then things will get resolved peacefully and calmly. Having violence will never come things into an agreement. Also, violence will just hurt people physically and mentally.
