1) Yes there are ideas in the Declaration that I would argue are still difficult to fulfill in reality for example women should be treated like men. I still do not think that men and women are treated equally because women do not get the same amount of respect a woman would get from someone as a man would get. Even though people might say that we are all equal there are still some things that a person would rather have a man do rather than a women and I do not believe that that is fair.

2) I think that it depends on the situation because if someone isn't trying to hear what you have to say by speaking it then what other choice do you have to be heard other than violence. Yes violence may not be the most intelligent thing to do because it could put others in danger but if the reason is for a good cause I think that people should do what ever they have to do to get their point across.
