I feel like ideas are a great start in trying to build a good society. The only thing is some ideas don't always go as planned. Yes, some ideas sound nice but you have to think about putting all aspects of and idea into action. You have to think about the time and money it would take to implement ideas, who would be responsible for seeing it through, and how effective the plan would be on society. It all goes back to the divide between idea and real Somethings sound nice, but you actually have to care and put in work for things to follow through. Like when it comes to Obama making more jobs to improve the job market. Alot goes into that, but if people are not getting an education to meet the criteria of these jobs then it just stays as an idea, and alot of empty jobs.

Is it ever good to use voilence to make a point?

I feel like voilence could possibly be used to make a point, to a certain extent, but it should always be used as a last resort. It all depends on the situation at hand.
