My opinion is that the US shouldn't keep those promises. First of all these promises were made years ago, and some of them don't matter anymore because they are not a big deal anymore. If someone does want to argue about something like this then it should be taken into bigger hands like the court. I don't things like these matter anymore because today we have way more laws and rules people have to follow. I know that the natives had an agreement with the United States but now those accommodations are taken care of, for everyone's benefit. Many other treaties were only made to end wars because the government didn't want this to go on anymore.
