R.I.H.L.A #23 U.S. Promises

I do think that the U.S government should have kept their promise to the Native American. Why, because it would be respectful to provide the Natives with their own land since their land was taken away from them. Also, because the Native Americans deserve to have the rights returned to them since they had nothing to do with the war and what happened to their land. Additional, The U.S government is still on the land of Native American.On the other hand, I also think there should be certain exceptions to the promises. Why, because there are some Natives that participated in the war. They helped the ones who has taken away their land. So, I believe that if you have a tribe that has helped during the war you should have some of the rights/ promises taken away. Yet, I dont think it should not be taken out on the present Natives because they did not participate their ancestors did.
