If i had to choose to live in either old world or new world based solely on food
it would be new world because it has mostly all my favorite foods.

- an avocado
<label>- 1 small onion,

</label><label>- 1 lime,
- juiced </label><label>salt and pepper

Peel and mash avocados in a bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. put with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. wait for half an hour to blend flavors. and there you have your guacamole.


this represents old world because most of the ingredients are from old world.
