1. In my opinion, Piracy continues to exist mainly in Somalia where pirates will surround a ship, gain crotrol of the ship, and then take that ship to there pirate base. In fact, after taking everything off the ship they force their families to pay ransoms for their freedom.

2. In the text, it states that" Somalia, create a sophisticated, highly trainedfighting force that could finally defeat the pirates". Another way to get the piracy to stop is to send armed forces on ships into the " invasion perimeter" so that they could take the pirate that try to capture them to jail.

3. I believe piracy isn't ever justifiable because these pirates are taking other peoples fortunes and they really work hard to earn them. Also, In my opinion, if they want money power and fame they should have to work for it (no one should get the easy way out).
