1. It continues with people around the coast taking over the waters and robbing and killing any boat that carries anything of value, around the coats of africa and Somalia espically.

2. They are trying to combat this problem by trying to use a higly trained fighting force but it failed in several brutally deaths, and millions of dollars being paid secertly to the people doing this to try and fight back.

3. I would have to say no because in the past it was a hard time for new treasures and rare items to come along when people where exploring so when a ship were to be robbed all their hard work would be for nothing. But now it still not ok to do such a thing in this time its still stealing and muder and killing for rare things for profit so I would have to say no.
