1. Piracy continues to exist in the modern world because there were no one to defeat the pirates, and money was their prioty. By them getting what they want, and not getting caught, it was more of an advantage fot them to take control over.

2. Authorities are trying to create a sophisticated, highly trained fighting force that would defeat the pirates. I believe there are other solutions, but this solution was more of an rushed solution, because there was no time to think things trough. the country is going into more debt because of pirates, taking millions of dollars.

3. No i do not think piracy is justifiable because, I feel they are more on the negative side, and they can become in more control, if they feel what they are doing is right.
