1.) This article is talking bout the Day of the Dead ,or as it is known in Mexico "Dia de los Muertos." The article is saying that this originated even before the Spanish Conquistadores came. The Spanish where tring to get rid of this ritual just like they got rid of their relegion, but this ritual is still happening today, but not in the same way. People celebrate in parts of Mexico and even some in America people recognize the people that have died and do things; such as go to their graves, make their favorite foods, and leave things at their burial sites.

2.) I agree with this because altough I do not celebrate it myself, my grandmother does, and I always agree with family.

3.) This relates to class because we are talking about the invasions in South America, and although the Spanish toke away a lot of rituals that the Aztec, Mayan, and Incas use to practice they did not take away this ritual which is very important.
