1. I'm not sure why Noble has been able to spread this much in such a short period of time, so here are some questions that formed inside my mind as I thought about it:

• What convinced the head of the Noble network to expand the campus?
• What were the conditions of public schools back then before noble spreaded? Does it have anything to do with how the noble is growing?

2. I'm also not sure how the expansion of Noble have impacts on the city of Chicago, but I think it caused a controversy between parents who support public schools and those who support charter schools. I don't have support or evidence, but here are some inquiry:

• HAS it caused any controversy?
• Do more students in charter schools improve better academically than those who go to public schools?

3. a. If I were Mr. Milkie, I'd consider expanding Noble to other states in the U.S. ONLY if it benefits them (which means it needs to be affordable, it boosts students' test scores, their grades improve a lot, and more). b. The potential positive consequences of that expansion are that students can recieve an opportunity to explore the life of a noble student, and Mr. Milkie can also see for himself if expanding Noble is a smart decision and improve the campuses as he goes along. The negative consequences of expanding the network are: critism will surely pour through the roofs of these schools if results of them are horrid and if things aren't working out, they may change beliefs and the policies of the charter schools. 4. If Noble does to continue to expand, some of the values, traditions, and core beliefs that are worth keeping are:

• It will pass on a multigenerational change to future generations.
• We will act more noble, both as a citizen and an individual.
• Together we will show everyone that we are the top and the best, because we are NOBLE students!

I think the fact that we have the mindset of being the best of the best will change depending on leaders and locations because it depends on how motivating and hardworking the leader is on making our students successful. It also depends on the students that transfer into each noble campus every year; some students can have problems according to their family and could perform poorly, which can involve with the reputation of the location of the school.
