These people do this work under violence and to little to no pay. In the old days they just worked in the farms and did the work that white people wanted African Americans to do. At my church we have started a program liek these but for young girls in India. We would gather money to buy the young girls from pimps and setting them free. I believe that if people work hard for what they believe in they can achieve it.
