The Columbian Exchange and Triangle trade has caused Americans to eat more meat and poultry, foods that were more dominant in Europe. We have provided Europe with potatoes and corn, adding a bit more wheat and starch into their diet. These trades caused for people to make changes in they way they eat, which changed the culture.

I actually dont like this food item, but,,,

Candid Sweet Potatoes


• 4 large Sweet potatoes cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
• a dash nutmeg
• a dash of cinnamon
• boil it slow, until it becomes syrupy (low to medium heat),,,covered
• 1/2 cup of water
