4 eggs

1 tomatoe

1/4 onion

1 chile verde (green chillie)

2 tablespoons of corn oil

1.) chop the tomaote completely, same with onion, and chilli? Add all ingredients into a pan

2.) cook with corn oil for about 1.5min and then add the eggs. Stir completely

3.) add some salt (not necessary)

Question section

1.) The name of the dish is "huevos a la mexicana" the origns of this dish are from mexico, mexico city to be exact. Well really I dont know nither does my mom, i just know its from mexico.

2.) honestly yes it does. When my mother makes some food i dont want to eat i usally end making myself an egg to eat. Plus here at my house thier is a numorus amount of food we can eat that can be mixed with eggs

3.)Yes because everyone should deserve to trynew foods. Honeslty if one isnt able to eat its like saying that you cant eat at all

4.) no. Its like if you someone eating french fries it makes them french? Thats kind of like assuming with what you see. One shouldent be jugded by what one eats.
