In order to reinforce the idea that location influences a person's actions, you will be responsible for interviewing an adult based upon the following questions:

Part One (The Interview):

1. Name of Interviwee: mrs.gutierrez

2. Relationship to Interview: mymother

3. Decade of Choice: (The person should choose one decade from their life to refer to)

4. Describe the environment in which you lived for that decade.

5. What major activities did you participate in? Going to school in Mexico working for my parents

6. What were the major social issues of that decade? Poverty in Mexico trying to come to the USA for a better life

7. What was the biggest turning point for you during that decade? Why? Having to change my way of life

Part Two (Your Reflection):

1. In your own words, do you think that location has influenced this person’s actions? If so, explain.



Yes. They have changed alot since they got here. In a good way they went to college to study so they can work as a massage therapist. And got acertificate in education.

2. Do you think your location within the last decade of your life has influenced your actions? Explain.
Yes. A person acts on how they want to live depending on their surroundings.
