1) Historians might learn that the occupational structure was divided into different groups. Like from greatest to least, in other words, higher class to lower class will get better jobs then lower classes. Also the higher classes will then have a better social life, while the lower class will not. The causes depend on what classes you are in.

2) Learning to write offers a young Egyptian many different opprotunities like jobs, eduaction, etc. The advantages of a scribal position are one thing you will have very fewer changes of becomming a peasant, you will gain trust of the Kings, you will have a powerful office, and also you are safed from the torment of other citizens.

3) The timeless frustations of teachers in this text is that many of the students/ people will not listen fully to them and will either not make it to scribe postition or just in general in life.
