This has been a spectacularly beautiful three days, and I really wanted to share it! However, we were in a big valley along the Lochsa River and there was no cell coverage or WiFi. I will try to hit the three day high points in this blog. On Aug 1, Bruce and I left Missoula early and headed south toward Lolo. The first 10 miles was retracing my earlier route into Missoula. We used the same bike path to Lolo, and then turned west on Hwy 14 toward Lolo Pass. About 25 miles into the ride, and eight miles before the top of the pass, we stopped at Lolo Hot Springs for a dip in the 104 degree water and a quick bite to eat.
