This morning we walked around the North Hill area. Many of the homes date to the early 1900's. This is a very quiet pleasant neighborhood with large trees, parks, etc. A variety of architectural styles - British, Spanish & French which reflects the background of the Pensacola area. Then we headed to the beach located on the Naval Base. There are less people and the beach is just as pleasant. It was warm and sunny but a very strong wind. On the way back we stopped at Joe Patti's - a large local seafood market which is the size of a small supermarket. The seafood is mainly local but also a variety of imported items.
