Miami Marlins -7 Milwaukee Brewers - 3

We’re so glad we were able to catch a baseball game while we are here, it was awesome! It was more fun that we learnt the rules as it went along because we only knew about striking out and a home run but by the end we knew all the rules 😊

We didn’t know it was Labour Day today, we thought it was tomorrow so it was a surprise to see the stadium half full on a Monday until we realised this!

Scotty bought a baseball souvenir although we kept hoping the ball would get hit into our stand so we could keep a real one! Then again, when they were being hit at 90mph maybe it’s a good thing they didn’t aim for us…

Before the game we grabbed some food from a hot dog stand and a police man who had seen us cross over to there earlier said to us “you guys sure eat a lot don’t ‘ya!”. We are the Augustuses and proud!

Tomorrow we’re heading to Miami Beach to relax and people watch 😊 Hope it’s not too painful to read about it from rainy Wales!

Three strikes and we’re out!!

Looks like a cool stadium, a bit empty though a bit like anfield will be if they keep on playing like they are! Sorry mate couldn't resist.

Most of the pictures are before or after the game, there were about 15,000 there which isnt bad for a monday afternoon match. Hmm i dont know what to think about them at the moment, cant believe they didnt sign a striker, dnt know whats going on! They need to sign didier drogba!

Phew thank god for that, so phil is still with you then. We haven't seen him for a while guess it was home alone while you two were raving in Mekico. Hope that marlin didn't take a fancy to him. Skype Sunday yal xx
