I am from Georgia, but I have lived in California for the past few years. I have been working as an engineer since I got out of school six years ago. I have grown tired of working the never changing rat race of ‘normal life’, so I am embarking on a multi-year round the world journey, a retirement of sorts, beginning with a winter contract job in Antarctica. Belatedly since you just posted this blog...we await the blog about the wedding. I loved the keys, which we visited several times as my parents and sister and her family lived there. Thanks for the memories!

Our wedding was nice and quiet, just how we wanted it. We went camping on Cumberland Island and then stopped at the Courthouse in Brunswick, GA on the way home. We got married under the live oaks and Spanish moss on the courthouse grounds - It was perfect. We didn't tell our families until afterwards. Probably not enough to do a whole blog on, though.
